After processing, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high order volume.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping fee.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Velora is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on international orders.

Velora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Velora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
